I ordered Steve Madden sneakers a week ago, and they haven't been delivered. All my calls are going to voicemail and they do not answer on WhatsApp. They have no review system and my order still says processing till now. I want a refund but there's no place to apply for a refund! What a total ****, and the most annoying thing is that they'll keep on doing it.
