Street couture is a trash lack of communication poor service

I recently had an experience on the 25th of November 2025 with street couture and unfortunately im very very disappointed with their service despite hight expectations I thought this was legit because I came across it on Google my order status is still on processing till today I never received the product that I've ordered and they did not send any feedback regarding my order I tried everything ,sent them emails ignored ,called them they don't respond then I texted the on whatsapp still lack of communication after a number of attempts trying to get hold of them during working hours truly speaking this was the worst frustrating experience I'm very disappointed i ordered a Steve madden order number 16198 I believe that they will get caught one day I'd request their business to close down people are not happy permanently &people's money be returned imagine this is festive season but still waiting for November order
