Still waiting for my order

Ordering from street couture was the biggest mistake I've ever made they don't even respond my emails ,calls and on whatsapp I was supposed to get my order early but it's still processing when i email them and ask for refund they ignore me ,they are ****mers lack of communication when you call them its go direct to voice mail
