Poor customer service- probably ****

Street couture has a very poor customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them and up to now no update about how my order is going in terms of preparations, packaging and stuff. When i try to call their number is not working and they estimated that they'll deliver by tomorrow, so at this point i just want a refund as i can't deal with such.
