****mers, Wrong order, counterfeit products. Cannot Cancel and refund

I ordered Steve Madden Black Possession on the 28 November seeing the low price thinking it's their black Friday deal. When I realised after black Friday that the price is still the same that's when I realised something is wrong and also the order was still processing, I then wrote them an email after few days they rep**** you could tell that reply was copied from ChatGPT or some kind of AI. Then I decided to reply and cancel my order and ask for refund since then I've been following up with no response from them.

Even though I emailed to cancel my order they decided to go forward and ship the order. To my surprise few minutes ago they delivered a **** Nike AF1 while I ordered Steve Madden. Even after emailing them countless times to cancel and refund my order, oh No they didn't bother they give me a **** Nike AF1🤣🤣

Now that they delivered thier **** thing, it's even more harder to ask for refund than when the order was processing for whole 2 weeks, they could just cancel the order and refund my money, now I'm stuck with their Air Force worth R100 🚮.
