Bad Service

I made a purchase from Street Couture and 7 days later, I was informed that my delivery has been delayed and i should expect my purchase within 14 days. I have tried to contact this people on different platforms to get a refund as on their website, delivery is 3-5 days and now I need to wait 21 days for delivery. They don't respond at all, clearly I am dealing with unprofessional people here... i wish I did my research before making a purchase as there are several complains about this store.
