Bad customer services,I ordered my sneakers on the 27 Nov 2025,its the 14th December today and I have not received it.Can managers intervene a nd resolve this issue ASAP or pay back my money - I have not received any communication from the store.I have sent emails and I have been phoning your WhatsApp number- you do not answer.
