I ordered a Starter Streem For a smaller household — streaming, browsing and working from home R569/month Uncapped data 20Mbps LTE/5G speed Three packages. Same uncapped data, different speed. All uncapped, all month-to-month, no contract. Pick the speed that suits your house — you can move up or down any month. Is it really uncapped? I experienced great speeds for about a week, all of the sudden I cant even get 2mbs, when asking about this on the WhatsApp chat on +*** I am told that support will look into the matter. I the asked if i can have immediate upgrade to the bigger packages, I am told I must first pay R569 by EFT. The speed is obviously throttled as it seems that this company can not provide what they advertise on their website.
