STREAMLINE REPAIRS MASSSSSSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a new vehichle 2 months ago and as usual everyone is phoning to offer different plans. I took out a maintenance plan with Streamline Repairs, promising the sun moon and stars if you happen to have any minor repairs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND DONT WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK FROM SHEER UTTER ANGER!!!! they do NOT answer their phones, To try and get hold of just ANYONE to help me i have called them, their sister company and just any company associated to assist. Finally get hold of someone and tells me i first need to register a claim, what the f#!!!!!!!!!! that is what i am trying to do. Get put through and just get cut off!!! I just cannot handle this terrible customer service!!!!! who can i report this company to? the Ombudsman???????? This is almost as bad as the service from Telkom and maybe even worse because they just dont bother answering the call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so so angry right now!!! this is really THE WORST way to start a wee****! TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE!!!
