refuses to approve claim

I have a two page contract that i read and follow. when querying a claim i have been been rejected on Terms & Condition NOT in the wording i received. when i ask to advised me to the contract they fail to give reason as to why the claim is rejected. firstly your max claim is R3000 so my understanding is if its R3100 my claim is only approved for R3000? right no they reject the claim. i also had two incidents happen over a weekend (call center is closed) one friday evening and 2nd the Sunday afternoon. when i called to log TWO claims i was told it can only be one claim because i was suppose to contact them after the first claim, please explain how do i then call on a friday evening? also i cant split the quote (one from paintless dent repair and another from normal panel beater) again no where in the contract is this stated. by me doing this i could reduce the quote to below the R3000 mark. I will not recommend this to anyone!! also there are a few rude and *********** staff member there that go out of their way to reject your claim.
