Refuse to approve claim for repair of chip

On 10th October 2016 I registered a new claim, CLWESSTR251137, claiming for a repair on A chip on my vehicle, Volvo V40 T3, front panel just above the grill and below the bonnet, just right from the centre of the car, which is a result of a stone or object which hit the car when driving from Pretoria to Cullinan. This chip was noticed when I stopped at Cullinan. It was not there the Sunday morning when my car was washed. Photos of the chip was also sent to Streamline as per their usual request when registering claims.

My claim was refused because of the fact that I previously also registered a claim for other chip marks on my bumper panel of which photos were also submitted. This claim was approved but due to the fact that the company indicated that the whole bumper panel of the car needs to be resprayed buy a panel beater I decided not to proceed with the claim as it will cost quite a lot to have the bumper resprayed and I notified Streamline as such.

If Streamline took the time to review the photos of the previous claim they would have noticed that the chip reported on 10th October 2016 does not appear in these photos.

I don't agree with their decision, as the claim registered on 10th October 2016, SPECIFICALLY is only for the chip mark picked up on 9th October 2016. What does the previous claim have to do with the claim registered now? It was my choice NOT to proceed with the previous claim as I don't want the whole bumper resprayed. Their mobile unit could have repaired THIS specific chip mark, should the claim be approved.
