PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!!!!!

<p>bought a new vehicle 3 months ago and as per usual people are constantly calling offering your different cover for this and that. so i took out a dent and scratch cover with streamline, promising me 3000 maximum cover for all types of dents no matter the size, aboout a week or so ago came out of the mall and the car had a scratch. So i informed streamline and processed at claim, followed two quotes and pictures of the damage. Today 14/12/2016, i got a call from a consultant saying my claim had been rejected because the repairs do not include the back light which i had said i would replace because i knew the max limit was 3000. The consultant said its in the fine print of the contract. question i have is , so if somebody damages or i damage the car i need to make sure its worth 3000 or the claim will not be processed?????????i am so ****ed of with the fact that when i bought the policy nobody mentioned this and i just read the exclusion on the policy and it says nothing about part of repairs.</p>
