I called these people multiple times to log a claim. They kept telling me that my policy was cancelled. I received an email from them a month ago to confirm otherwise. I don’t blame the call center because they’re only confirming what they see. But now my account details have not been updated and I cannot have scratches and dents repaired my car because the system is ****ing bull****. My plan number WESSTR***. I want someone to tell me why this policy was “cancelled”
