Claim on idle for 3 weeks now
It has been 3 weeks since my claim and no word from them, i call them every 2 days to find out the progress of my claim but every time I call its the same story that the quote was not attached to the claim. Its ridiculous, Claim consultant is useless, she always she will get back to me but never does
