Can someone please recommend another scratch and dent cover

Saying that im disappointed is an understatement.

I have claimed for a dent and scratch about 2 weeks ago, after sending pictures via WhatsApp and email (3 times) I called and asked for the status of my claim. I was told that the technicians need more pictures (i even sent a video) at this point im beyond frustrated. I received a call this morning saying they will only fix the scratch and not the dent. *** 😡😡😡😡😡
