Not processing claim under mobile unit

Pathetic, been paying for two vehicles for more than 3 years, last claim was in 2023, I now submit a claim for chip repairs on the bonnet and they reckon it is two much chips the mobile unit not willing to repair this and their inhouse panel beater quotes me R38000 for repairs out of MY POCKET will never never support them again I have now cancelled both my Polices, Thank you for collecting my money on two Vehicles for more than three years and then you have stories. Not recommended at all,
