Terrible Service

We signed up with Streamline, who promised to keep our car in show room condition by taking care of minor dents and scratches. The Best part was that they promise to come to you with a mobile unit to fix any dent or scratch you might have. We were very disappointed when we decided to claim for a minor dent on our bonnet. We were told that we had to get 2 quotes ( Note they did not come to us), when we submitted the information, we were told that Streamline does not repair the Bonnet, Roof and boot, even if there is a minor scratch or dent on it. So what do they cover? This is not specified in any documentation. We advised that we would prefer to cancel, and without any persuasion was handed to the cancellation dept... we have submitted the forms and await a response. Streamline does not deliver, as they advertise or market. Their call center staff are rude, not helpful at all, and know nothing about customer service. I would not encourage anyone to take out a policy with them. our policy has since been cancelled.<br> <br>
