Poor Customer Service

<p>Streamline also known as Smart is one of the worst companies i have dealt with.</p> <p>If you are looking for scratch and dent cover get it from somebody else. This company has no concept of customer service.</p> <p>You do not get calls returned , when asking to speak to a manger you are not allowed to and to cancel your policy is a nightmare. One month later i am still waiting.</p> <p>They say to you at inception this is at R103 per month and then debit the full 3 year value against your account. so you now pay interest on this over the duration of your Finance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wesbank , you need to relook at who you partner with.</p>
