You do not receive your goods - they use the SA Post Office for delivery

My order was shipped on 14 July 2018. To date, I have not received the goods I bought. The free shipping they use is via the SA Post Office. Had I known this, I would never have ordered via this online store. Each time I ask for help or an update, they reply to say I need to wait longer or go to the Post Office and enquire as 'only limited tracking is available'. The tracking number just says 'en route'. Please do not use this online store.
