Strawberynet NOT to be TRUSTED

I ordered cosmetics from Strawberynet on 12 January, 2015, 2 months later still NO delivery. I have enquired with their customer service several time and have receive no helpful assistance. For 2 months they are telling me they are tracking the parcel. I am the one who initiates all the correspondence, there is no follow up from their side. Because of the lack of delivery I tried to cancel the order only to find out that I can not be refunded because they don't know where the parcel is, So now they are shifting the responsibility of finding the parcel to me, so that I can return it to them. Now realistically tell me if they cannot find it in their system, how do I hope to get delivery never mind the refund! <br> They were suppose to deliver in 2 weeks. Today is 05 March, still no delivery. <br> This is day light *******, they however can not get away with taking my money for cosmetics and then the goods are not delivered. I will not allow them to do this to me. They need to uphold their end of the bargain, which is to deliver the goods that I paid for. <br> Please assist me in exposing this business and getting what I paid for.<br> Kind regards<br> Nombini Mehlomakulu
