Suspicious Behaviour

I have been using Strava for my running. On the 12th March I got Kudos from a suspicious person with the name - "punish me here (18+) www.loveex.club". I was able to "Report Suspicious Behaviour" and then "Block" the user. Today, (19th March) I again got kudos from the same person (photo is the same) with a new name - "**** me here (18+) - www.lovs.club". I have tried to see how I can get in touch with Strava to put a stop to this, but can find nothing. Are we going to have to just report and block people like this continually???
