Strava sucks

I wanted to get the free premium membership for 1 month from Strava . You have to enter your credit card details which I was reluctant to do but I went ahead and did it. Next thing I knew was that I paid for the annual membership. After trying to contact them I did not get any response. Does any one have clue about how I can possible get my money back?
