3 weeks and waiting for assistance with my Strava account…

Following the Meta changeover, I was logged out of my Strava account and have been unable to regain access.

I logged a ticket almost three weeks ago and have still not received a response, other than automated emails advising of delays. A three-week wait for support is unreasonable.

So ridiculous.
