Bad treatment from Strauss Orthopedics

Last year July I went for a knee operation at Emfuleni mediclinic, I was then referred to Strauss Orthopedics for a stalking which they did not make me aware that my medical aid rejected the payment due to them not providing GEMS with the motivation and quotation as per GEMS request. Now I have been taken to DPP Attorneys by the said company and my name has been blacklisted for failing to pay an amount of R1800 that is inclusive of their attorneys fees while the initial amount to pay wa R748 which they failed to send the motivation for. Kindly assist in this regard
