Disgusting business practices!

I only gave this company one star because I could not give zero!!!!!! When i received a call from the consultant a few years ago, at no time was I told that i was purchasing, in effect, a box of 48 cartridges! There is no way I would have locked myself into a deal with an unknown company to that extent. It was only when I informed them later on that I would not be purchasing any more that the lies started. Each time i was **** to that my final cartridges were coming with a closure letter. Waited and waited. Rene phoned me previously to happily inform me that the account was closed. Today she told me that 2 more cartridges were on the way then my account would be closed!!!!! I am not leaving this matter. Furthermore, according to them, calls are not recorded. I wanted proof that I had consented to the deal. There is none! I am taking this matter to the Consumer Protection Council.
