STRATUS OFFICE CONSUMABLES ARE THE WORST

Good day,<br> <br> I am the co-owner of JSC Installation cc.<br> <br> I have done business with Stratus Office Consumables for some time, but their prices are ridiculously high, even when they say it is very low. I told them that I would do one last order in September 2015 (because they kept harassing me), and they said this would be fine, but after their delivery they phoned me again saying that I still need to order. I had no written or verbal contract with them. <br> <br> They phone my offices every single day, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Today they phoned saying they spoke to my husband and that he ordered 5 cartridges, but then when we followed up, we heard he did not. He phoned Stratus, but they wouldn't put him through to the manager's office. <br> <br> This must be the worst company to do business with. They don't keep any records of invoices etc, because they couldn't produce them when I asked for them.
