DONT EVER ORDER FORN THEM

<p>i have had the misfortune of ordering ink form stratus a few years ago, i initially ordered 10 toners . afer i had paid the account ,i got a call from a rep advising me that i till had some toners outstanding on my order . last year Oct i got a call grom a Brian .Brett to say that i still had toners outstanding on my order . i advised him that this was impossible , my initial order was for 10 tomer . thus far i had recieved over 120 toners . he promised that this was the last and i told him to make a remark on my account tht i was done . surprise surprise . in april (once account paid) i get a call from a woman named Santosh who tells me i still have toners outstanding . i inform her that this is not possible . she then gets rude and threatening . i put down the phone and them some other woamn phones and threatens me , telling me i am rude etc. dont order from them ...they are running a **** where your order is never completed and their prices are ridiculous</p>
