Biggest **** company

This has to be the biggest **** of a company ever! DO NOT deal with these people, they are Rude, Pushy and Conniving. My account was closed in 2018 after some serious and vulgar phone calls. I was Contacted yesterday and they're claiming that I am still outstanding toners and the account is not closed. Yes! 3 Years later and I am still subjected to the harassment this company condones its employees to carry out. Luckily I have a signed letter from them from 2018 stating that the account is up to date and has been closed. I Honestly cannot understand how this business is still operational. There must be some higher authority body that they can be reported to. Surely their business method and attitude is *********! They have no values!
