Bad bad bad!!!!

This must be the worst people ever to deal with...I am sad that I have nit read the other reviews first...going back a couple of years now...of how BAD they are...bullying us consumers into taking more and more of their products and now I even found that the cartridges leaked and damaged my printer in such a bad way!!! And still they will keep on phoning and telling me I MUST take the balance of the "order"!! This is bulsh$t! I intend to put in a claim to them for my printer
