Worst client service
The internet connection is constantly slow or not working. If you complain about it. They don't really care to do anything!!!

12 Feb 2019, 10:20Hi Irene. We are really sorry that you felt this way. Wireless can sometimes give problems if we don't have proper LOS to our masts. It is very location specific. Due to these reasons we were willing to let you out of your contract for free which was actioned. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and would like to know if you'd be willing for us to contact you when we have better signal in your area? Thank you for the feedback.
