Worst service ever
Been part of Stratum since 1 Dec 2024. Worst experience of my life after I have submitted a claim on the 23rd of January 2025, its been 10 working days after claim was submitted and Stratum cant even find my policy! Excuses of in process of moving to new system - this was entertained up to now. Instructed broker to give notice as bad services has become a norm in South Africa.
