WORST SERVICE EVER.

I'm a broker doing business with Stratum since 2018, and the service we've received the past 2 years have been shocking. This is the worst service I've received in my whole life from any provider. There is no accountability from management. Claims hanging for 3 months!!!! This is so unacceptable.
