Worst gap cover ever

Let me tell you what! Ill pay the GAP that you refuse to pay even though you are responsible to cover it. More than a month paperwork, mails, letters and then you come back stating you refuse to pay the gap refereed to PMB.

I can see on Hello Peter that its a usual thing for you to delay and refuse to settle claims. Guess what ill take it further with the Ombudsman and also change my policy over to Old Mutual. Cant complain about your service as there is NONE and only draining everyone's pocket on useless gap covers.
