When rules don't make sense.

Needed a procedure done on my eyes. The inserts injected in my eyes are deemed medicine, so they don't cover it. They will pay for the doctor, not the co-payment for inserts. They will pay for the injection you get if the doctor includes it the procedure. Try getting a coherent response, it sounds like a recording... "The rules are the rules". You are better saving the premium and using it to cover the shortfall.
