What's happening with my claim?

Had an operation on 12 January 2016. Sent in my application to you and all I get is excuses. ? Accounts are still outstanding and I am embarrassed to make excuses for you guys not paying as you promised when I took out yourpolicy that has no llimits on how much you pay? This needs to be finalised and paid as you promised
