Well Done Stratum!!! What's App the Way to better Service

I Must say I was very impress with the New What's app service that Stratum Benefits recently launched - I sent in my request for a call back late yesterday evening and had an immediate response as well. Message was answered with a request what time I will be available, Krizia phoned me on the precise time and could assist me with all my questions. Well done Stratum much more sufficient this way - Great idea with the What's app App and I think less stress on the Agents assisting if they have upfront information to manage the query sufficient and in a shorter time period. Krizia thank you for your very professional way of assistance and being so friendly !!
