WAITING FOR REIMBUR*****T - ALMOST A MONTH
I have been waiting almost a month for reimbur*****t of a claim paid to the hospital for a procedure and i keep getting a mail saying they are working on it. This is unacceptable service to lay out money and then have to wait so long. The turn around time as per when i signed up was 10 working days we are now on working day 19 and still working on it -would not recommend them.

12 Jun 2026, 12:45Good day Natalie,
Thank you for your feedback.
Stratum Benefits recently completed the migration to a new claims administration platform on 30 April 2026. While the migration itself was successful, the transition has unfortunately resulted in a temporary processing backlog due to increased operational volumes and the adjustment period following implementation. We do, however, acknowledge that service levels have not met the standard expected by our clients, and we understand your frustration regarding the length of time some matters have remained without feedback. To address the backlog, additional operational measures have already been implemented, including extended working hours, overtime support, and focused attention on escalations and follow-ups. Our teams are actively working through all outstanding matters as a priority. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback. Kind regards, The Stratum Benefits Team
