Very Good Informative phone call

Pratika was very informative during her call with me this morning. We were already very close to making a decision to run with Stratum Essential Primary Plus for medical insurance as a top up to our Medical Aid. But she was very thorough in providing information on obtaining the lower premium for someone over 65, and also assisting with medication that was not on the Mediscor formulary. She talked more sense about medical insurance than anybody else I have been dealing with, so well done Pratika.
