Very friendly Help

After just getting married and opening a new banking account, I have had terrible calls with the likes of Telkom, Cell C etc. My first call was picked up by a very friendly lady who was so welcoming and eager to assist. She went far and beyond what I asked of and made it a very easy and simple process to add my wife to my gap cover and to change my banking details.
