USELESS AND NON EXISTANT SERVICE LEVELS

What a useless company. I hsvr phoned them twice to request a copy of their terms and conditions that apply to the Gap Cover and Co Payments products they offer, just to be told that the New Business representative will phone me,

I am still waiting to be contacted. Really if this is the way they handle potential new business I hate to see what their current existing business service levels will be like.
