WORST GAP COVER COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEEN A MEMBER FOR 6 YEARS ON THEIR ELITE FAMILY PLAN. NEVER EVER PAID OUT A CLAIM ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS

For a claim to be covered under our Gap Cover Benefit, which is the benefit mainly designed to cover the shortfalls on doctors’ and specialists’ private fees, your medical aid must pay part of the account. Your medical aid didn’t pay anything towards the medical event, and therefore there’s no shortfall for us to cover. We’re really sorry for not being able to give you a claims experience with a satisfactory outcome. If your medical aid made any kind of payment, the claims outcome might’ve been different.
