Unresolved claim

Stratum Benefits is a **** I am telling you. Two months now they still have not paid back my claim, their agent don't know how to do their job nor explain to customers properly. I requested the telephone recording of the day I spoke to their agent who dismally failed to assist me hence we are dealing with this to dates, they failed to provide me with then asked their agent to call me saying they will pay the claim I need to fill a form, send bank statement and ID copy which I did, then they kept quite. I sent an email to enquire since nothing is happening, I get a call saying they can't pay because they need proof of an electronic payment, yet I sent them an invoice that cleary stipulates CASH PAYMENT, how do you expect to see an electronic payment when it was done cash. Again I asked to speak to the senior who requested the electronic payment so they can explain what cash means. I got called to say they payment will be processed overnight. I am still waiting even now for the payment. I am going to their offices to get this resolved once and for all. And I will be getting some legal advice for all the distress caused all because they fail to do their job and communicate. A person can go to early labour because of their incompetency. I can't even go to my gynae because I am spending a lot on their premium and have to pay cash for a service I am not getting. This really is a sham and ****
