Unpaid claims
I submitted claim in feb/ march and have since not heard from stratum. This is my first since i have taken tgis cover. I got an email from doctors surgery stating the account is in areas and not paid to date. I have been emailing stratum and calling to no avail. If this company has closed or not in operation for some reason dont you think the clients should be unformed . My debits go off every month and programed. Where to from here? ??
