Unity health and their lies

We joined unity health from Stratum with the consensus from sales agentS that they will cover my son if he gets injured during a rugby match. Well, his first concussion and they told us that no, they don't cover because it is a competitive sport. What a joke!! Lies lies and more lies!! Be careful people, they will look for any reason not to pay and then I am not even talking about the struggles to get a refund.
