Unauthorised Cover and debit
I needed cover in January. I app**** in November and no one came back to me. It's now February and they insist I take cover with them without my authorisation. I received an email stating I have cover and when I asked to cancel I received an email stating "YOUR PAPERWORK IS IN!"
This is highly rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend the company going forward. Now I'm going to be debited when it's unauthorised and need the policy to be cancelled.
