Unable to contact stratum

Good Day, <br> <br> I have been trying to contact stratum benefits to speak to a consultant, however, I am unable to do so. I have tried calling the ffg number numerous times i.e. ***. The recording states that \the call cannot be completed"- I am currently paying my monthly premiums so I am a bit concerned as to why it is so difficult to contact them.<br> <br> I trust that this complaint will be addressed as soon as possible.<br> <br> <br> Kind regards<br> D """
