Top Notch Service
My experience with Stratum has been one where they have exceeded my expectations time and again. Having experienced such frustration with medical aids, I was expecting the same from Stratum.
They have been great, right from billing, online claims submission, communication, turnaround times for feedback and timeous claim payment, really I can't pick a single thing that I'm not happy with.
