This company is a ****

I have now submitted a few claims over the last 24 months, and not a single claim has been paid out. I needed surgery for an emergency broken arm, all in hospital, almost all paid by medical aid, except a small shortfall with the anesthetist. Submitted to Stratum, rejected.... My wife just had out first baby, 7 weeks ago! only now are they rejected benefits that were advertised in the gap cover policy i took out. Everything take 5-10 working days for feedback. 5-10 working days!?!?! Home affairs is quicker than this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This company is a ****. paid religiously for nearly 10 years and never seen a dime even after hundreds of thousands in hospital accounts.
