They take your money in advance but make you hang for yours!!!!!!!

They are the worst gap cover you can use! I have had gap cover with another company before and never did I have to wait for so long or encounter such a rude and arrogant claim manager! I have two claims approved and have to wait for next year to be paid out. And when I asked why was simply told that's because they are closing on the 22nd. It isn't even half way thru December and they have already put a stop to all payments being paid out for claims approved. They take our premiums in advance but make us hang to be paid out what is due to us! Disgusting!!!! And their staff need to learn some customer service!!!!! Especially their claims manager!
