They ignoring me and don't pay out what they owe

I am very mad. I never use my gap cover and after a year, decided to make use of it when I went in for surgery and experienced a shortfall. Now Stratum is ignoring my emails and not paying out what they owe me. So useless! Don't go with them. They are ******!!!
